 1 large Baku wheat biscuit 

1 cup liquid butter 

2 cups of whipping cream 

1 sachet Chantilly cream powder

How to make cheesecake

 You first break up a large Baku of wheat biscuits, mash it well in a bowl, then add a cup of liquid butter to it, and stir the ingredients well, until you get a texture that resembles wet sand.

 Take an easy to open tray or lined with parchment paper, put a layer of biscuits and butter on the bottom and press it to form a firm layer, then put it in the refrigerator.

 You prepare the texture of the cheesecake, put two cups of whipping cream in a deep bowl, add a bag of Chantilly cream powder, and stir well using the hand mixer, then add cream cheese and continue with manual whisking.

 Then prepare the amount of mango jelly, by melting 2 bags of jelly powder in a pot over medium heat with a cup of warm water, and stir well until you get the consistency of jelly.

 You add the jelly to the cheesecake mixture, and continue to stir, until you get a semi-cohesive texture. 

Take the tray out of the refrigerator, then add the cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit layer, and put it in the refrigerator, leaving it for 4 hours. 

Then you add another layer of jelly, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours, and then you can decorate it with mango pieces and cream Chantilly, and eat it.

How to make cold cheesecake with chocolate

 Ingredients you need: 

1 large box of tea or digestive biscuits

 3/4 cup butter

 1 1/2 cups cream

 2 large bars Milk chocolate

 1/4 kilo cream cheese at room temperature (can be Kiri)

 Grated chocolate (for decoration)

 400 grams crushed biscuits

 200 grams cream cheese

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

 1/2 cup melted butter

 1/2 cup warm water 

2 tablespoons gelatin powder

 packet strawberry jelly or any flavor you prefer

 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla 

Steps for making cheesecake 

In a bowl, put the biscuits and butter, and stir well until you get a slightly cohesive texture, then put the biscuits in a tray with a moving base, and press it with your hand until it is even, then put the tray in the refrigerator.

 In another bowl, put the water and gelatin and mix well.

 At the same time, put the cheese, milk, vanilla and gelatin in another bowl, and mix well, then add the cream and whisk, until the consistency becomes creamy, then pour the mixture over the biscuits, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the jelly as written on the box, then pour it slowly over the cheese layer, and return the tray to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours and serve it here and on the lips, and you can eat it with different juices.

  Ingredients

 a box of plain biscuits,

 soft sugar,

Method of preparation 

You bring a kind of plain biscuit or tea biscuit, and you put it inside a bag, and break it up using a hammer or the hand of a mortar.

 You mix biscuits with two tablespoons of liquid butter, and you bring a tray lightly greased with butter, and then put the crushed biscuit mixture in its base.

 Put the biscuits in the fridge for a few minutes, until you prepare the cake. 

In a deep bowl, you put a spoonful of cream cheese, two spoons of sugar and a beaten egg, and you mix them all well.

 Add a tablespoon of sour cream, lemon zest and a teaspoon of vanilla, and continue to whisk all the ingredients until they are homogeneous.

 You take out the tray of biscuits from the refrigerator, put the cheesecake mixture on top of it, then bake them together in the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius, until the ingredients are cooked, then you leave them outside the oven at normal room temperature for two hours until they cool. 

You prepare the outer decoration for the cake, by mixing two tablespoons of berries with one tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat. After the mixture is ready, you decorate the cheesecake with it, and you enjoy its taste.

 How to make cold cheesecake with Kiri cheese 

 Ingredients

  • Butter

  •  plain biscuit

  •  6 pieces Kiri cheese

  •  Concentrated milk

  •  Liquid vanilla 

  • cream

  •  Canned pineapple 

  • Gelatin paper

  •  Strawberry jam 

  • Lemon juice 

  • Water

Method of preparation 

You mash and break up the biscuit pieces well, then mix them with two tablespoons of liquid butter. In a non-stick tray, you place a layer of biscuits in the base. 

You prepare the filling, so you put the Kiri cheese pieces in the electric mixer, letting them mix a little, and add a cup of cream to them, while continuing the mixing.

 You add to the ingredients a cup of concentrated milk, with a spoonful of gelatin, and the ready-made canned pineapple pieces, and you continue to beat using the electric mixer, until all the ingredients are mixed and become of coherent texture.

 You put the mixture on top of the biscuit layer, and then prepare the decorating layer.

 In a pot over medium heat, put two tablespoons of strawberry jam with a spoon of lemon juice and a spoon of water until the ingredients boil.

 You decorate the cheesecake, and you eat it with the ones you love. 

How to make cheesecake without gelatin or bread

Ingredients 

  • 2 boxes of plain biscuits,

  •  square pieces of cheese, 

  • half a cup of dairy cream, 

  • half a cup of powdered sugar, 

  • liquid butter,

  •  lemon juice, 

  • vanilla. 

Method of preparation 

You prepare the biscuits - as a first layer - using an electric mixer, then empty 2 boxes of plain biscuits with a cup of boiling water, and skip them until they are mixed and cohesive.

 In a medium-sized tray, put a layer of biscuits as a base, then prepare the filling. 

Using the electric beater, gradually mix the squares of cheese with half a cup of powdered sugar and half a cup of cream, and as the beating continues, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and liquid vanilla.

 After ensuring the mixture of the ingredients, you put it on top of the biscuit layer, and you put it in the oven for 15 minutes, then you take it out of the oven and let it cool, then decorate it with strawberry slices.
